Poulet Basquaise (Basque chicken) today with the veggies (tomatoes, sweet peppers, onion, garlic and parsley) from my own garden, and Piment d'Espelette (Espelette Chilli) from a FB friend who grows all manner of chillies here in Wales.

I have just been cutting superhot chillies that will be divided to make jam, powder and some to store in the freezer. And I just licked my fingers......!!
