Took the forms back to my local doctors where I was registered originally to ger re-registered. Turns out that because I'm now outside their area I have to go and get a new lot of forms from another surgery closer to me. Why couldn't the receptionist have sussed that before she gave me the forms?

Good luck. Hope a lot of it isn't sat around waiting, that's the worst thing in hospitals.

Well it was a bugger parking in the hospital as usual as it took us 30 minutes to get a spot :( and then there was a delay in the ICD clinic and finally when they saw me they told me they had called me in early as the downloads sent through the home phone line from the monitor and ICD through to the clinic has shown several issues with my heart rhythms so they have changed some of the ICD settings in the hope that things will settle down which hopefully they will.

Well James Taylor the ex-England cricketer seem a lot better since he an ICD fitted; so hopefully they can fine tune it for you. I keep getting irregular heart rhythms, can be quite unsettling but they couldn't find anything after strapping to an ECG for a few days and told me not to worry ! I've cut down on caffeine and that seems to help. Guess it might not be as simple for you. Take care.

The trouble with me Mr K is my heart muscle is very enlarged because of the cardiomyopathy thus my heart works nothing like a ordinary functioning heart of a normal person so then that puts pressure on the normal rhythms of the heart and thus that is why the ICD is fitted to make the heart rhythms work better as without the ICD there is a significant risk of having a cardiac arrest which could finish me but thankfully l am hopeful of being there for many more years yet.

I don't suppose that they're employed for their darting intelligence. She had a nice nature, perhaps that's what they looked for. :erm:

First Christmas song in Morrisons. Wizzard. If it had been Slade I would have bitch-slapped someone with my trolley.
It went off for a bit, then came back on, I think they were arguing...

People who hog lane 2 & 3 on the M11 and do 60-65.

They should be banned, and made to retake the 3 driving tests.

Too right, but the bloody Welsh are cowards, and I now hope Serbia thrash them.

England and Scotland face FIFA fines by defying football poppy ban

The Football Association vows to contest any fine imposed when players wear armbands adorned with poppies at a qualifier tonight.

However, the Football Association of Wales has said it will abide by FIFA's rules, meaning its players will not wear the poppy during their game against Serbia.
