A glass of Beyers Trueter Pinotage (2005). Not bad but there are better wines for 8 quid. Anyway it's Friday so cheers everyone.

Well for me its a cranberry juice followed by a cup of tea :o:

Went to doc's (hospital consultant) n been told I have to stop drinking alcohol, eat less crap and loose weight :(
