Generally you get the ebill notification email no more than 48 hours after the bill date. So it would still outside the 30 days.

131 quid a month is what i pay for all tv, broadband, and phone, is that alot?

Looks like your services are same as Big Daddy (http://store.virginmedia.com/big-bundles/big-daddy.html) which is £115.99 per month. If they are, give them a call and switch to that and save yourself a few quid. :)
