Did try Kaspersky mobile (which I get free through my bank) and it seemed a tad heavy but this so far it's fine, quick and a very small footprint. |

Re: Google Android
Android 4.3 has just been pushed out for the HTC One, finally!
Better late than never I suppose. |

One major annoyance has been addressed which is the unlock keypad if you use a pin: The emergency call button has been moved above the number pad away from the enter button. I forgot to mention that this is on sim free phone so not sure if the telcos have pushed out their updates yet. #cobby I thought that 4.3 had been out in the US since September on some networks, surprised that Verizon haven't joined the party. |
Re: Google Android
I'm using an unlocked S3 on Vodafone that still hasn't gone past 4.1 - pretty annoying. 4.3 is likely to be the last one I'll see on it.

Re: Google Android
Given Samsungs woeful policy of releasing not fit for purpose updates, you're probably better off on 4.1 assuming it works as it's meant to.
Also you're obliged to use that dreadful Kies pos to update - samsung... meh you can keep it. |

Re: Google Android
I'd rather give the new version a try really, my S3 is very stuttery and nowhere near as smooth as my old iPhone.

Re: Google Android
I am in no rush to install a new version on my S3 it is currently running 4.1.2 without any issues, glad i saw this thread though before i installed the bad version!
