I remember it was not a happy time with NPower but I can't remember why (my other half might but she's away). I think it was problems with billing and repeatedly getting the Direct Debit details wrong so that the payments never went through. I know we had to have the magic box replaced once or twice too and I believe that this was a common occurrence. Also, I heard stories of people receiving boxes programmed with the incorrect routing prefix code or account number. All a bit vague now. Those were frontier days pioneering the deregulation of telecomms with all manner of gadgets, gizmos, prefix codes and calling cards. Teletext PLC to axe Teletext - new information.
On ITV1 Text page 139 it says that Teletext will now close in December 2009. No date on when Teletext is going to close in December is given. New logo news. My new logo got 86% of vote from 105 who voted. So thanks to everyone who took part. |
