Some working class areas hit their general election turnout by lunchtime. Brexit areas seem to have huge turnout, London looks to be somewhat smaller due to the weather

We have a Labour/Plaid government that loves EU handouts, keep people in poverty and they keep voting Labour.

My local area has been Labour controlled for almost 100 years, they get voted in and almost everyone except those who work for them complains about them, election time comes around again and they vote them in again, almost everyone complains....... you can guess the rest, repeat cycle over and over.

I think you are right about Wales voting remain. My area, NorthEast England however are likely to vote leave. There's around 15 million in what is known as NE England. I'd say anything between Newcastle and Middlesboro and across to the Pennines was North East England but what do I know?

I don't want to derail this thread; I tried to get discussion going on the faith thread regarding the EU. That seems the most appropriate place for it?

We're talking about leaders here, not the people who work in the EU.

The aim of some of the leaders of the EU is global government, and to them, the EU is a stepping stone along that route. Biblically we know that in the end times we will have global government, with a leader powered by the devil. Therefore there is a spiritual link between the elitists pushing for global government and those actually running the EU. Babylon was the first attempt at global government.

Germany has the Babylonian Ishtar gate, with links to occult deities; No one questions which country really runs the EU. The Bible is very clear that any occult idols or symbols should be removed because their presence can invite in demonic influence.

Why anyone would wish to bring religion into a political debate is beyond me.

Old rule, "Never argue about religion or politics" seems to fit.

Whatever there's only 2 1/2 hrs before the polls close and we will get the result soon. Either in or out the will of the people will prevail and we must accept it.

As an aside this was posted by a Texan friend of mine on a site I Admin
