A quick question, I have V+ in the living room and a normal v box in the kitchen, I pay for the sky package in HD on my V+. When I get TIVO will I have to pay for it again on or will I get it on both boxes if I transfer my V+ to the kitchen at no extra charge?

You will still get the Sky Premium HD channels on your V+. I had to phone up after my Tivo installation and request they move it to my Tivo box. This was done with no effort whatsoever, so was very pleased. If you want it on both boxes you will need to pay an extra Â£7 a month.

Quick question: can the TiVo box output through HDMI and SCART simultaneously (ala Sky+HD) or does it insist on one or the other?

I've seen it reported on the TIVO forum that it does.

With only 1000 being picked for free how is it nearly the whole forum except me are getting the good call ... im worried.

I received the flyer on 25th Feb but you had to enter on 24th Feb but did it anyway. I had a bit of a whinge on Twitter to VM and they put me in the draw which they told me was being done on Tuesday afternoon.

Guess what?

I got a call at around 7pm on Tuesday to say I had been selected in the draw for Tivo and it is being installed on Tuesday 8/3. :D

I posted the starting post to this very long thread - and I'm still waiting - all I've had is the email saying it's coming sometime in march.
