How frustrated am I!

I ticked the phone in the evening box, get home from work only to find after doing 1471 that VM have called at 3.30pm (must mean early evening), phoned the 0800 number back and it just said don't phone us as someone will call me back. No missed calls on mobile though.

Damn it, it's so close I can almost taste it

Well its looking good for you, in regards to the mobile call i got mine about 30 seconds ( I was on the mobile at the time, that is why i missed the house phone )after missing the house phone. So they may try in a bit and then you will be happy.

People who have received a call from the "loyalty dept", how long have they been with VM? Are relatively new customers receiving calls, as well as old? I'm triple-play XL, but have only been with them for 6 months. Any newbies receiving the calls too?

Hopefully they will ring me back although I guess it's too late tonight now.

I'd hate to miss out on a free TiVo just because I wasn't home at a time when most people are at work

Same for me. I was told it was not just for 12 months. I did just have surgery a couple of hours before she phoned but i'm sure that was what i was told. I'm VIP50.

Good to see so many people receiving calls now. You're going to love it. It's the best £149 I've spent in a long time and I don't mind paying as it's totally worth it :)

Sounds like a plan, my boss would love that :D

Joedm45: Morning Boss, I'm really sorry but I can't come in today.
Boss: Whats wrong with you?
Joedm45: Errrrr, I've got TiVo-itus.
Boss: Sounds serious, what are the symptoms?
Joedm45: An overwhelming need to have my landline phone and mobile by my side with a burst of excitement if either make a noise.
Boss: Get your lazy ass here now!!!!
Joedm45: Damn, I've been rumbled :(

Same here nothing, registered interest day 1, lottery ticket registered the minute it came through the post, long serving customer on top packages, and nothing "wipes tear from eye".

First thing I'm going to do on Wednesday when I get my TIVO, is TIVO Jules and Mimi.

Smashing, I cannot remember if I entered though.

Doh.

22 years for me - when Eurosport was pretty much the only thing on - even before sky turned on in 1989...

..and then there was light...and it was good...;)

I don't get it though cause mines being installed on Wednesday but I didn't have to pay anything. Just my bill went up by £3.

I've been with VM 4 years, I've got XL TV, with Sky Sports and Movies HD, multiroom, 2 V+ boxes. Then on a separate account that work pay for I've got XXL BB and M Telephone.
