Interesting. Nice to see Virgin being pro-active, given they are unlikely to be getting any UHD content from Sky or BT for the time being.

I wonder if any of the other channels you say are coming will be UHD?

Only one UHD may appear.
But an only to Virgin HD Channel may also launch.
And three more channels may also launch.

We are in talks with our sources about what to do with all the DNP TV orders

We have bins the others two DNP orders.

An Media Boy Source (Info given Feb. 1st 2018) has told us that Sky Atlantic is set to launch on Virgin during the second quarter of 2018.

Until JJ20X see it testing it not 100% confirmed.

Yes, very possible, given that they are already running behind schedule. They were supposed to be providing UHD material by 2017.

I do hope that all their UHD output is on the BBC i-Player as it will use too much space recording it.

Well we have had many false dawns :Yes::no::Yes: and straw hats eaten these past few years but l fully expect Sky Atlantic to arrive this time and as a celebration perhaps Dave can take us all out for a celebration.:beer::beer:

We are hearing the channel will launch in the XL Pack.

Sky Atlantic HD Channel MAY also appear in 2019.

And my prediction is BT Sport will become a extra standalone subscription later this year.

I think that would be a mistake, if true. The wholesale deal with VM brings with it a steady income for BT. I think by ditching this deal, BT would stand to lose a significant amount of income.

I also thought the existing arrangements would last until 2019.
