The HD picture wasn't much better I don't think the amount of smoke in the stadium helped things

As with all new technology, it takes a while to iron out the teething problems. Maybe that's why it's taking the beeb so long to launch their UHD fayre. I don't think it would go down too well if they launched an inferior product.

Have to agree, I switched back to BT sport channel which was better.

Eurosport will be launching a temporary UHD channel to cover the French Open. Virgin Media will be carrying it.

VM confirm the Champions League final WILL be in UHD for V6 customers

Yes, getting some movement at last. Hopefully, Virgin Movies and the Virgin Exclusives On Demand will follow soon. Looking forward to that!

UHD coverage is now available via the Red button on channel 528

Btw, it is via Red Button from channel 100.

Now it is only showing in 1080 with BT 4K logo.

Allows me to view it. Says BT Sport 4k in the corner. But it's only outputting 1080p

I beleive you should only have the two 2160p options set. Switching hasn't seemed to work correctly for a while.
