I think they'll go down the path of suggesting that to them it wasn't "murder" so whereas they'll agree they were responsible for the guy's death, to them it wasn't a crime - as indicated by them not running off after the event.

It's just another way for them to preach their twisted justification to a wider audience.

Hopefully the judge orders them trussed up like Hannibal Lecter and they any attempt to justify the murder gets them tasered in the nuts.

I know thee are entitled to a defence, but I couldn't possibly see how any barrister would be prepared to defend them.

I don't think they can refuse a case on the basis that they find the client distasteful or think they are guilty. They have to accept whatever cases come their way if they are next in line and accept whatever the client tells them.

I can't see them spending a huge amount of time on the preparation of a defence though. :erm:

these are soldiers of islam and should be given to the military for trial ,and of course retribution .

No they did exactly right shooting to wound was a work of genius. They could have killed them on the streets but that is what they wanted. No martyrdom for these fools they are going to prison and I doubt will ever be released

Oh come on, as soon as they get the chance to appeal any sentence we give them to the court of human rights they will have there sentences reduced and i feel they will be out after 15 years. :mad:

working on my phone at the moment due to having to reinstall windows 8.1 after it thrugh a thisey fit.
