Out of interest, on tier migration (manual), I know 1.5Mb>3Mb works, but does 750k>2Mb?

Re: New Speed Upgrades 8th March. (Part 3)

We have one of the original Business Essentials Cable modems, currently on 1.5 Meg speed. No sign of any upgrade in speeds here in Shepshed for that modem and no mechansim I know of, such as a web page, to upgrade.

Phoned Business customer support and they know nothing about a plan to upgrade Business Cable modems, he seemed to think the increase from 1 to 1.5 MB was new!

Anybody know if and when business cables modems will get the speed increase, please?

APS

If so, that's Bromley.

Ellesemere port is near Chester - about 35 miles west from Baguley. I'm pretty sure it's Ex C and W.

Upgrade website doen't show the new tiers here for existing customers but does for new customers. First time I checked the site it told me I couldn't get broadband at all and I know I input the correct details as previous entries come up when you put the first letter in the input box.
