Yes, it was a good series. I already knew it was cancelled before I watched it.
It doesnt really end on a cliffhanger as such, more of a set up for a 2nd season.

Just finished it, really disappointed it ended like it did as I thought it deserved another season atleast.

I really enjoyed it. The casting and the plot line pick up from the Netflix show really nicely, albeit they make use of the intervening time period to direct the story where they want to go rather than directly proceeding from where Netflix season 3 left it.

I normally give mine a quick hour or so before Winter arrives, any issues can then be dealt with before it's actually needed.

The last 2 episodes of Resident Alien. It was obvious that the writers wanted to wrap things up by having main characters leave town, but leaving a new person who could become the new main character if it ever returns.

I did try that a year or so ago for atleast half a season then something made me stop, not sure what so maybe I'll fire up BeeTV and give it another go after Tulsa, currently on season 2.

Earlier today there were 4 neighbours using electric lawnmowers to collect the leaves from the street trees that have fallen into their gardens.

One even went out and mowed the pavement.

Traitors Ireland on iPlayer. Sticking with it even though I can barely understand them. I can usually deal with Irish accents, even the obscure far flung regional ones, but once these lot get going they’re rattling all over each other at such a rate of knots I can barely follow even the gist. :D

This is because I don't have a TV (in fact ATM I'm not sure I could if I wanted to - my aerial socket has never been upgraded to digital). Nor do I watch streams. Sometimes I watch things which have been on TV. I am one of the - is it still 2%? - the small fraction of people TVL doesn't accept exist.

"free" as in "the old aerial socket works without anything needing doing to it"… ;)

Indeed, the socket doesnt need any "upgrade" - if you have an actual aerial, that may need replacing.
