Red button has never worked for me - tried SSHD2 earlier today result was SA rugby with golf commentary and the dreaded "Please wait" message.

Another re-boot.

I don't know if it's connected but twice this week I've lost all channels with an "error 320" message.

Sounds like your box is having signal issues, call VM and get them to check.

Had to reboot my box again to get it to work, tried on the tennis and football last night. Once rebooted both worked fine.

Loving the Red Button Delights. But having too reboot daily when recording (sammy V+) is becoming tiresome.
My normal Samsung stb has no reboot problems.

Once it's rebooted mine works a treat, just a shame I have to reboot it daily for it to work. The stats are not accurate though!

Same here, although I'm still finding that the highlight on the screen where you select which feed you want doesn't fit the video windows. It's as if the app is expecting the graphic to be stretched anamorphically with the picture but it's not happening. This is on a Samsung V+ in 1080i mode.

That has been the case for sometime, I am not sure why they do not show it in HD during the regular season on Sky. At least ESPN do and hopefully channel 4 will latter on.
What a let down the Skins V Giants game is after the Ravens /Steelers game.

I was under the impression that once the red button tech was on your box, that was it.

To make it work! Sometimes mine will only work on SS once I've rebooted it, other wise it just hangs after pressing the red button. BBC works fine all the time.

I wonder why I couldn't get it back after going back to the normal service?

What is worse is they moved the Eagles game to Prime Time so I can't watch it now live lol. (I'm not staying up - I have to get up at 6 for work)

Obviously not sounding bias but the Tivo is light years ahead of Virgin's other set top boxes but like all new technologies it has one or two bugs and glitches which l would expect to be ironed out in the next update.

I am still having to reboot my Samsung V+ box 9 times out of 10 to get the red button to work, prior to rebooting it just hangs on the Just a Moment stage and the remote becomes unresponsive! Anyone else still affected by this? It works 100% after the reboot it is just becoming annoying having to reboot the box to get this function.

I see the darts that were listed for Friday 7 October have been taken off the list.

Lucky I didn't pay to get Sky Sports added to my package to watch it...I'll just have to stream it as usual!

Thanks, but that's not exactly encouraging if there have been two different versions of the document published and they have both been wrong!

I would expect that they'll review the whole schedule to make sure it's completely correct
