I was also told that my details were passed on from the loyalty team. I was also asked by the lady, who called, how I found out about TiVo and how I registered my interest, going as far as asking if I entered the draw.;)

The Lady who I spoke to did not mention anything about the draw, She just said that I was a valued customer and that is why the details have been passed to her?

I have VIP50 with 2 v+ boxes and an old basic box. Also have 2 Virgin Mobile phones, and still no phone call. (Warrington area).

Wow congrats to so many people. I feel so left out and abandoned :( :bigcry:

With only 1000 being picked for free how is it nearly the whole forum except me are getting the good call ... im worried.
