Cable Forum - General Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2013) Vol. 4.

Top Up TV will close on 30th October, the Freeview capacity will transfer to Channel 5. 5Later should be able to start, on Freeview at least, at the end of October. Still a remarkable lack of publicity from Channel 5 for this new channel.

Probably just shuffling the channels to close the gap after Yesterday +1 and give a short term 3 slot extension to the Entertainment range. It would make more sense than adding entertainment channels between Yesterday +1 and Eden.

If channels continue to be added at the current rate a major reshuffle is needed.

Plus I have seen rumours that says ITV may launch an ITV Movie Channel (Info from an Virgin Viewer).

Any news on CNN usa or has that rumour died off? It was DS forum wasnt it?

Seen no confirmed news but we are getting 'More than Five' new channels by Christmas.

Just because you don't want it, why would you deny the channel to those with 3D sets who would like to have more 3D?

Virgin need to be able to demonstrate to the public that they are embracing new things or they will just assume Sky is the best.

I believe that the Sky 3D channel comes with the Sky package deal that is currently being negotiated, which also includes Sky Atlantic.
