£150+ a month...wow man that's a lot.
I would speak to them and even if you have to say Sky have offered you something better, they should be able to give you a reduction..might have to sign a new contract though.

Any proof that Virgin were trying to get SA on the cheap??.

Come on this is VM i don't think any proof is needed, it has been said many times Sky offered Sky Atlantic to vm and vm wouldn't pay the asking price so Daves theory is absolute cobblers.

How many TV channels do EE have?

Not sure but i think EE tv is mostly app based content but my point to Dave was in a way EE are carrying Sky Atlantic so he can't keep harping on that Sky don't want anyone to have it as the options are there for none SKY customers to access it via nowtv ok still SKY but my point still remains, if SKY were withholding it they wouldn't include it on nowtv.

£150p/m  you can prob cut that down a lot by talking to vm retentions just explain you can't afford it and have had a offer from SKY, despite my gripes with VM their retention team is normally quite good.

12th position on the post count. Behind a lot of noble warriors. I'll take that.

Does anyone know if they automatically send you a suoerhub 3 once your speed has been increased to vivid 200

I'm on VIP - with 4 boxes & Caller ID - £112 - going up to £122 when I swap my 2 VHD boxes for 2 V6s.

£122 is a lot, but still not too bad.

Can I ask why you're paying £5 extra per TiVo box? Wasn't the multiroom charge for extra TiVos brought down to £7.50 from £11.50 recently? And shouldn't people who are changing their multiroom VHD or V+ to a TiVo or V6 only be facing a monthly rise of £1? Seeing as the multiroom charge is normally £6.50.

I thought it was £5 difference between the Tivo and VHD so that's where the £10 increase has come from.

I hadn't realised the Tivo had been brought down to £7.50...I might double check with them. Thanks for the info..might be able to reduce the bill a bit more ;):D

EE TV is basically a Freeview DTT offering with On Demand content bolted on. Not serious competition for Sky, so they are probably not bothered about locking EE out. In fact they may be trying to use the app to show people on EE what they are missing by not being a Sky customer

How is it cobblers? It's on the frigging EE box so i think you find it is fact not fiction.
Dave harps on SKY don't want anyone else to have Sky Atlantic if that was so it wouldn't be on nowtv either.
Nowtv is available on numerous devices including ROKU, EE, certain smart tvs, PC and a few others, vm did not want to pay so they don't get pretty simple really.
I stand by what i've always said VM should never of sold their channels they had a great bargaining chip but greed overcame sense.

Nothing to do with greed as it was the only way Virgin were going get most of Sky's channels and content.

You have simply no proof of your assertion that Virgin offered diddly squat for Sky Atlantic as l suspect that Sky's sky high carriage fee demands for Sky Atlantic are much nearer the truth.:)

The only thing about BT we know of is an rumour we got weeks ago.

Long shot but FOX may lower the carriage fee if they take Sky over.
