Lamb leg steaks seasoned and herbed baked. Roasted taters and parsnips. Steamed carrots, leeks and white cabbage. Gravy made with lamb juices.

21 day aged sirloin steaks griddled with onion and mushrooms. Oven chips and battered onion rings. Peas. Ketchup and Bearnaise sauces.
