Definitely, Tony Barrett is usually spot-on. I think the crux is whether or not either club decides to make a serious bid and I don't think we have in the end with Markovic looking set to join next week so he will probably go to Arsenal or a.n. other club. It makes sense for the media to keep Liverpool's interest in the frame to big-up the fees though.

I don't think Sanchez would have ever been seen as a direct replacement for Suarez, but, I can see why he would be reluctant to be seen as a makeweight in a transfer.

I don't like the sound of Dejan Lovren, he doesn't seem like a particularly savoury character. Don't like players trying to push for moves... if you have other ideas then don't sign a contract.

I think he's quality, reminds me of a young rio Ferdinand

Rumours abound that a fee of £34 million has been agreed but beware of the old lady as she still has life in her.

Has she? I doubt they can afford the asking price.

You must be getting rather impatient waiting for transfers that might or might not happen.:)

I'm not sure how to feel about this. I would have liked to see him in an Arsenal kit this coming season, he'll add decent depth as well.

Photoshop? One "A" has a macron above it. Unless that's just me being too fussy!
