Best of luck to her

Sorry to hear about your Aunt den, wishing your Aunt a speedy recovery and let's pray it's not as bad as feared.

I'm apparently the number one child in the family. My 17 year old sister failed her hazard perception part of her driving theory test, and my 16 year old brother, along with 2 friends, got arrested and cautioned by police at 4 this morning for weed.

I'm so disappointed with him, for all the faults I've got/had, I never touched drugs, cannot abide cigarettes and very rarely touch alcohol.

Left foot is in agony today, stood on a piece of broken glass. Took half an hour to stop the bleeding.

People who steal and break in someones home leaving them scared  One of my neighbours got broken into on Saturday when she was in her bed sleeping they woke her up with the noise they were making but she did nothing and pretended to sleep through it very brave and smart woman IMO.

The weird thing is I went down the stairs roughly about 2am as our dog was going mental at the patio doors and when I let him out he went straight to the side gates and started to growl with his hackles up so this is when I felt uneasy at his reaction to something that was obliviously there although I saw nothing I decided to shut & lock the door leaving him outside and got hubby to check and bring him in as he was not going to come in for me as he was not budging from the side gate. Hubby saw nothing but did admit that the dog was acting rather strange makes me wonder if they in our garden and the dog moved them on to their next victim. The thieves have been caught on a other neighbours CCTV that has now been handed in to the police.

These people are just **** to break into people's houses, The problem is that when they are caught they don't get enough punishment, They get community service or a few months inside and come out and do it again,

We remember 16 years ago when l was in ITU in a specialist London hospital when my partner received a phone call saying our place had been broken into so a family member had to sort things out until my partner travelled back several days later to see the mess and talk to the police but being broken into is like getting your privacy invaded as it takes a fair while to get over it.

Ugh. I need to hope and pray me boss has had her coffee when I call her soon, I got my dates mixed up and for some reason thought that today was the 17th and tomorrow was the 18th. Consequently, I missed a job today.

So fingers crossed that she is in a lenient frame of mood. So cross with myself, normally don't get my dates mixed up like that. I'll probably be given all the rubbish ones now.

Fingers and toes crossed for u Mark that your boss will understand after all it's a easy mistake to make with your shift patterns. Good luck, although I'm sure that you will be fine.
