Spare ribs in a smokey BBQ sauce. Roasted parsnips, taters and sweet potato. Steamed courgettes and leeks.

Algerian Couscous... I have managed to make the Ras el Hanout spice mix to my missus' strict flavour instructions at last! :D

Just had a pork and veggie (more like veggie and bit of pork) curry at work canteen. Bit industrial - problem is chef can't go outside what he is told to do but I know he can to much better.
(Will have a home cooked chicken and tamarind curry tonight - I know that will be better as I cooked it myself) |

Lamb leg steaks seasoned with garlic, rosemary and mint. Oven baked. Roasted taters and parsnips. Steamed carrots, leeks and white cabbage. Gravy made with lamb steak juices and a lamb stock cube.
