Just watched the first episode of the new series of Strike Back last night, oh dear, a total change of characters has done nothing for this show, to me it was so predictable and really poor, I think it's had it's time.

I think the only thing I've watched on Sky One is American Road Trip with Freddie Flintoff and Co. I can't say other than that I bother even looking at it.
