OH sorry my mistake i thought you where trying through virgin but there is a phone number you can use to do this it is 0845 123 1231 and quote 10N but doing it through the website www.tvsatsubs.com/itsdf would be easier cheers:)

Virgin Media: Are currently planning a future launch of BBC News multiscreen across Ex-ntl and Ex-CW areas of Virgin TV.
