The SKY EPG will undergo a 'major reshuffle' on May 1st wonder if VM will follow later in the year?

It's not a re-shuffle of the EPG that Virgin needs, it's a new UI.

Yes! So true. The UI looks incredibly dated. I'd welcome a refresh that brings it more inline with the recent US update.

JJ20X can still be found on Digital Spy Forum (Sorry Cable Forum).

It is a shame that they have both left i loved reading the information they provided, Theone2k10 often got it wrong but to his credit he was never afraid to put his hands up and admit he got it wrong, he was a bit of a hot head too at times.
JJ20X was very good with his information of services that were on the network and yet to launch.
I hope they both return at some point.

I totally agree with you. Posting coming-soon rumours requires a tough skin to handle the feedback and I'm sure that it would get to most people after a while.

Re: Coming Soon to Virgin TV (2018)

Found this on a516digital's website regarding a teaser for FreeSports HD:

Meanwhile, fans are petitioning Virgin Media to get the channel on cable - it's the biggest TV platform that currently doesn't carry the channel. With news that Virgin is transitioning its channels from MPEG2 to the more efficient MPEG4 standard, there should be enough bandwidth for the channel..

Please can someone explain what the transition to MPEG4 means. I'm confused. :erm:
