l could just not get comfortable last night as my back condition becomes very painful sometimes at night and l can't keep taking painkillers all the time as that in itself leads to other health problems so l just got up at 4.00 in the morning and did myself a coffee and watched the news.

Hope you get a better nights sleep tonight den and sometimes taking pain killers unfortunately creates a vicious circle.
