Latest I have seen from insiders is that no new channels has been set to launch tomorrow.

I have been told the following from an Virgin Viewer:

RTE to launch UK Channel.

RTÉ plans to launch an RTÉ branded linear television channel – working title RTÉ Ireland. The channel will be made available free to air in the UK (England, Scotland and Wales) on Virgin Media.
