Like I said, your cup final. It's the only chance that you will get to be happy watching a Scotland game...it's good that that is all you aspire to...beating England, not qualifying for a tournament and doing well there... ;)

Also, I thought it was 11 men against 11, not population against population. If you use that rule, China and India should win everything...

Why is it that Scottish and Welsh people hate the English, but we aren't arsed at all about them? Do they have a complex?

Can't speak for the Scots mate but I don't hate anyone on the basis of their nationality. What I do get annoyed at is how the media is crammed full of stories about England when they play yet when Wales, Scotland or Ireland have a game the coverage is greatly reduced. I doubt you remember much about it but when Wales won the 6 nations 2 years ago, did the NotW, The Sun etc have a souvenir pull-out poster of the team?

I pay the same as you for newspapers and tv licence fee so can you see why I'm unimpressed?

Its not population against population, your trying to put words in my mouth - naughty!

I said that we are 10 times smaller than you in terms of population, which means, seeing as i have to spell it out for you, that we have a far smaller pool of players to draw from.

If you then take that in its context and apply it to 1967 you will see that at the time when England were supposedly at thier footballing zenith - we - a humble nation by comparison to the mighty English humped you!

Like I said before, take it up with the people in charge.

Lobby them, protest outside their offices, get a petition... ;)

Good to see that you missed the China/India thing then ;)
