Can anyone remember the deal with Tivo cost, I got both of mine back when they first came out and I believe you were supposed to be only charged for one but I seem to have two TV charges. The bill doesn't really help when things are not broken down and itemised.

It was £3 per account. So, If you had two Tivos, you only paid £3. I was on that deal as I got both Tivos as soon as Tivo was released, but my current price doesn't seem to reflect that; haven't a clue what I'm actually paying for my two Tivos now.

To have a second TiVo in our household costs a extra £11.50.

100% agree. some of the things $ky do in business are pretty bad but the whole charging for a HD version of a channel you already get is absolutely disgusting. HD has been out for years now. Will this charge remain forever? Will we forever have to pay tons more just purely for a clearer picture?? $ky literally try to squeeze everything they can out of people and the govt allows this.

How is this any different to XL costing more because it contains HD by default? Its arguably even worse behaviour by VM!

Also, calling them '$ky' is a completely childish way to ruin what little argument you actually had.

That £11.50 is made up of £6.50 for multiroom and £5 for the Tivo box.

Originally Tivo was £3 per account, not per Tivo. The multiroom charge of £6.50 still applied

Can I ask - how much is $ky putting their prices up?

(1) Does the 'Do Not Post' order cover new information you have received and

(2) Would you say it is information good enough to blow our socks off?

Just wondered whether we should get excited by this or consider it even more fluff.

So you have been told not to post it but you don't know what it is that you've been asked not to post?

Curiouser and curiouser.

I think it may be safe to hibernate

PS - Thought you could have told us the answer to (1) at least!

I know, but can you not just tell us whether it's new information that you didn't previously know that went with this ban? I'm sure no-one will be upset with a yes or no answer to that. You must stop being a tease!

Sky did there's in August , all companies do it that much is guarenteed.
I predict price rises from BT , plusnet , talktalk , Sky amongst others next year.

I have a doc infront of me of a channel launch but i'm not allowed to say nothing at the moment except that some of you are going to be very very happy.

For those who can't seem to grasp that this is a speculation and rumour thread aswell as general information , here is the thread you require http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/11...changelog.html
