Does this mean Cartoonito will start airing 24 hours then, MB?

Maybe - but it will not be starting on Tuesday.

That's not a problem MB, the comment wasn't actually about Radio Caroline being on your list. More that it would be nice to see it on VM as it has a very important place in UK broadcasting history and will be celebrating its 50th anniversary next year. Unfortunately, with its funding mainly going towards keeping the old radio ship intact, it is unlikely to happen

Well done Virgin - so far this month (From Tuesday) we have loss FIVE Channels but no new channels.

It really doesn't look good if they don't bring TCM +1 to VM and lose TCM2 so soon after adding it.

Possibly, (in my opinion) it depends if you want worse BB, more speed but much less functionality in your STB and a poor signal in heavily built up areas and/or in poor weather conditions (can only base T.V. signal on the two different locations where I used Sky though).

If you want BT Sports and the odd decent new show in-between cancelled shows, repeats and the snooze fest that is G.O.T on Sky Atlantic, you are quids in!;)

That said, I would like a couple of the HD variants Sky have though:( But that is all.

P.S. not overly worried about missing out on SS 3+4 HD and even less so about SSF1 HD!!!

Virgin Media treat there customers with contempt, and l do not mince my words, yes l could move back to Sky, but l am paying hard earned money to VM, and the fact that they do not gives us channels that we are crying out for is a disgrace.

I am counting down the days to 17th August. VM are a shambles, and told Liberty Global that they will have to make a big shake up of VM to keep its customers. They do not communicate with customer.

They had a big meeting in London - l hope the big boss told what he expects, He will ose customers if there is no shake up.

So if I go out and buy a Vauxhall Astra and then see that Ford are doing a Focus with assisted parking...do I...

A. Moan to Vauxhall and insist they fit their cars (including mine) with assisted parking as I have paid good money for it?

B. STFU and go and buy a Ford Focus?

SKY is like Marmite, you either love it or hate it.

And for me I would not line the pockets of the Murdoch family. Unfortunately, I missed Sports so added it back on because I missed the golf and cricket so added it back on. Will scrap soon though I think.

Unfortunately their offer does seem to make it clear that SKY Atlantic, contrary to recent reports, will remain exclusive to SKY.

It will never happen but competition commission should split SKY into two separate companies, content and platform!

I think Nialli needs to update his blog:

http://vmhd.blogspot.co.uk/

"Fact: Sky are no longer marketing Sky Atlantic as "Exclusive to Sky customers" :erm:

Okay so "SKY Atlantic - exclusively on SKY" isn't word for word the same as "Exclusive to SKY customers" but ultimately SKY are still marketing the channel as a SKY exclusive.

Personally I'm a little gutted. SKY Atlantic launching on Virgin, along with BT Sports, would have gave me real reason to consider moving back from SKY come December. As a consumer, I want choice.
