Well the ramping by the FA worked then with the rights being sold for an unbelievable Â£3bn.

Would have liked to see more removed from Sky to be honest. Wonder what this means for ESPN, can they really charge now football is going

I'm sure as shareholders they had an interest but the Premier League themselves will have been at it too. :)

Have I missed something? The FA aren't shareholders. The only shareholders are the 20 member clubs.

Seems I did, the FA have a special shareholding. But all this means is they can veto Chairman elections or the introduction of any new rules.
