Ok just spoke to someone in CS called Alex who has told me speed upgrades in April for a one off charge of £30.... .who are they trying to kid!

want to vote, but don't know what to vote for

west sussex
cable modem
started out as NYNEX then was taken over by Cable and Wireless then eventually NTL

currently 3meg as of now

I just phoned CS and this nice lady said the new codes are on the system. She has told me the upgrade is being done to my cable modem as we speak well ill give it an hour and then call back.
