Is it really necessary to post "water"?? Unless your drinking something special like champers - why post inane stuff like water?

The same goes for the what are you eating thread! Do we really need to know your stuffing your face with a golden arches cardboard calamity? Again shouldn't it be reserved for something special??

water,glucose syrup,mixed fruit juices,sugar,citric acid,sodium benzoate,potassium sorbate and some preservatives. Otherwise known as Vimto but I've made it more interesting so I dont feel the wrath of Lee :D

Carbonated water, sugar (from beet and/or cane), orange fruit from concentrate (5%), citric acid, vegetable concentrates (carrot, pumpkin), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavourings, sweeteners (sodium saccharin, aspartame), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), stabiliser (guar gum)

or Fanta Orange to the less picky. :)

The ingredients in 7UP are: filtered carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, natural flavors, natural citric acid and natural potassium citrate. :D

i normally have a few cans a night in the house (to unwind,and all the other usual excuses!) but this week im trying to wind it down to none by friday as i start on call for the first time (VM networks) and am crapping myself so thinking i'll need a clear head!!
