haven't seen season 2 yet, I was busy watching SG1 over summer. Depending on how long the current lockdown goes on for I'll add it to the list. I am ploughing through DS9 atm and Lost is next on my list.

If watching Lost on prime, the final episode has about 15 minutes missing. I bought S6 for£2.99 just to see it all. Great show.

(It ended on a bit of a cliff hanger as well).

good, it got to the point where DC were just banging out any series they could think of to increase their tv footprint. I said many a time that I would gladly take Agents of Shield over all of the DC series combined it was that good.

I don't know whether to be happy or sad. Last I heard there were 9 books so I hope they have taken the best bits of the story and are planning it in accordingly. It is never good when a fantastic series like this ends but the important thing is that it hasn't been cancelled and it is ending with plenty of notice. The writers and creative team will be able to do it justice and make sure it goes out with a bang.

You guys, a TV show that goes six seasons is a magical unicorn. We're talking the 1% of the 1% at that point. I'm thrilled we made it that far.

And it doesn't mean #TheExpanse stops existing. You never know what will happen next.

I don't know where the series is timeline wise with the books but if I win the euro millions on Friday I would love to give the production company that makes it the money they need to complete the whole story.

that's good news, series like this require a tonne of planning in advance for sets and props so the earlier you can renew the better because it gives the crew certainty and plenty of time to plan and organise.

It was the last of Hulu's [live] Marvel shows, it was never going to survive.

Plus it really wasnt that good tbh, not a patch on Runaways, even Cloak & Dagger was better.

You forgot Legends of Tomorrow, which has been renewed for Season 7.

Also renewed are The Flash, Roswell New Mexico and In the Dark.


In addition, Walker has been handed five more episodes this season, and Superman & Lois two more.

Watched the first 2 episodes of Walker and am enjoying it. Nancy Drew is brilliant.

Don't watch any of the other but Bateman gets watched but only as I like the rest of the arrowverse shows.

Nancy Drew is great.

Walker has been ok, a bit too many flashbacks atm, Im hoping it grows out of doing so many.

Batwoman has been ok so far, a little bit unrealistic on how quick they accepted the new girl, but then their hand was forced (much like the obviously fudged death of Alex in The Expanse). They have left the door open for Kate to return (and rumours are she may cameo at some point). So far none of the forced lesbain pc nonsense. Her different colour has obviously come up, but in an actual realistic way, so you're not left thinking "I'm being preached at again".

I'd say it's the other way round. He knew or expected it. Also both are produced by CBS so they probs offered him a Star Trek gig after cancelling the show.

I always thought that show seemed like it was only cancelled because Alex O' Loughlin had enough, and the producers didn't want to recast his role. After all, while you can arguably replace the other characters, it wouldn't have been Hawaii 5-0 without McGarret or Danny/Danno.

Seemed to get good viewing figures, and apart from a couple of episodes where I thought the show had "jumped the shark" around season 7 ish, they still seemed to have plenty of good stories to tell.

Pretty much.
Like most series, its viewing figures declined slightly over the years, but even after 10 years it was still getting solid figures, and would have been renewed if they could have got the main cast to sign on again. Some of the secondary characters make appearences in Magnum PI.

I still watch it, its not as good as its heyday, but still entertaining.

The renewal was obvious as they had many episodes listed in production (past the current season).

Amazing to think that if you have been working on it from the start, it would cover most of your working life.
