Re: Cricket

That's what I mean, apart from someone who was worse than the captains between 1987 and Michael Vaughan who else is there to take the captaincy? I reckon had the pedalo incident not happened, Flintoff would have been made a captain of at least one of the sides.

Re: Cricket

Cook has a fantastic record as captain, he doesn't need to be replaced and won't be.

I see the Aussies are not just bad losers, but bad winners as well. Michael Clarke telling Jimmy Anderson "get ready for a f****** hand". The convicts need reminding who has won the last 3 series.

Trotts problems are more long term and stress related and have nothing to do with the Australians being bullies Martin.

Yes, have to agree with you there. England seem to have no answer these days, we were lucky in the summer to keep the Ashes with a woeful Australian side. They seem to have worked hard since that loss and are determined to win again.

Someone in work yesterday was saying it is time for Cook to go as captain, but as I pointed out to them we have no-one good enough to replace him as captain. I certainly cannot see them giving it to KP.
