Welcome to Canada. You need to know the following:

- this is coffee land. Actually, it is Tim Horton's land. Every Canadian must buy a coffee each morning at Tim Horton's.

- We call our money the "loony." It refers to the loon on the head. The two dollar coin is called a ... "toony." Penny = 1c, nickel = 5c, dime = 10c, and quarter = 25c.

- Do not lick a flagpole in the winter. Every Canadian has done it as a kid, and regretted it.

- When buying beer in the winter, be sure it ain't American imports. Their two-fours (24 beers in a box) has handles, but it isn't big enough to accept a hand with a mitt on it.

Sit back and think how much hell a 23-year-old caused to a multinational company. He has been bloody brilliant. He did mistakes and I have been critical of him. But overall he has been marvelous. I am confident that he will have a super career. All the best Frankie!
