The trouble is that it is the max sentence than can be given for what they did.......

Kitty - perhaps we could start a petition to request that the law is tightened up so the judges can give stiffer sentences !!!

yes that is a good idea we need this law changing or at least having it allowed for each animal they killed.

Still prefer to castrate them painfully, it won't bring the dead animals back but it will have a lasting memory why it was done... to them....

sometimes i wonder if the courts are deliberatly undermining thier own authority with decisions like that. incredible.

as for the thugs who did this, i wouldn't kill them.

but i would need some help to hold them down whilst i gain access to thier brain and perform a little modification with a scalpal ... they can spend the rest of thier lives drooling into a cup. whilst i am at it i should remove thier genitalia and seek out thier parants and do the same so they couldn't produce anymore defective offspring.

the correlation between people who abuse animals and then people is well established.

the judge evidently did not consider this. there are times when a 'lynch mob' mentality is appropriete. this is one of them. these people are dangerous and continue to be so.

How can anyone do that to a anime and the fact that they were in a sanctuary just makes it even worse....

edit* oh and agree with what kitty suggested.... castrate them slowly and with a rusty knife.... show them just some of the pain they did to the animals...

Got called out to a council flat today as they had put super glue in the locks... Inside there were 6 baby kittens nearly starved to death... One died while I watched the rspca officer check them... Needed to go outside and wipe the tears from my eyes......

Just had a phone call from my m8 in the RSPCA - All but two of the kittens have died......
