My daily firewall logs were getting close to 9Mbs at times during the MSBlast epidemic, it was one of the reasons for buying a router. Better indeed to have a log of epic proportions than an open system eh Keyser:p

On the topic of firewalls it seems Zone ALarm has been sold.

Install tcpview and see what process is generating the tcp requests.
