Still have to pay an engineer and someone to administer the account onto the system ;) You say you knew for sure 3 weeks ago, did you have an idea you might be moving before that time? You really need to call NTL and then it's up to them as to what they decide but you signed for 12 months and they could penalise you if they wanted to.

unfortunatley i didd not know i would need to move before that, otherwise i wouldn't have subscribed to ntl in teh first place (it would have spared me the headaches :erm:)

Why don't you do what has been suggested to you instead of going on and on?

Call NTL and downgrade every service to the min subs!

Work out how much that leaves you to pay, or remove two of the services and drop your BB to the 1MB service.

That way it's a case of £17.99 x what ever the outstanding term is!

That is better than nothing!

Took 57 minutes this morning. The first lady took all my details and then informed me she could not cancel me on her system, despite her being in the home movers section. She put me on to another person and then I was back into the original home movers queue.

When I got through again I had to take the persons name and extension and make them document our moving date on the system. When she had done that I had to tell her that I would forward her name etc. in a written request to NTL and their complaints dept. And unsurprisingly Im now cancelled.
