Re: 1mb NTL Broadband
It's interesting how NTL are now directly competing with AOL's 1MB in terms of Price. THey are both £35pm.
AOL have always been that little bit more expensive haven't they? Will NTL reflexively reduce the price? They dont have anywhere near the same portal content as AOL so how will they justify the price? |

If your happy with your NTL service then there is little point switching over to a BT phoneline. If your not happy this is how easy it is to transfer to BT 1. Phone BT and tell them you wanna a BT customer, they ask you basic questions your name/post code/house no. etc.. and then if you want to transfer your NTL phone number if you answer yes then they ask you for your NTL account number, then they give you a date when an engineer will come out and reconnect you. Next step 2.Phone NTL cs and tell them you wish to give them 30 days notice (you will probably be passed over to someone who works in customer relations) they will ask you why you wanna cancel. You then give a simple reason :) If you are worried about being BB less dont worry you can still have NTL BB without a NTL phoneline, until you decide which ADSL provider you wanna switch to (switching to an adsl provider can take between 10-14 days or in some cases less) sit back and wait for the BT reconnection/connection date (usually within 7 days) |
