I can get it fine in Stockport with no jumps in Winamp listening to the hi stream.

Tell us a bit more about your setup. I'm assuming you're at home rather than behind a firewall or on a network you can't control and could have been changed! Are there other PC's or devices on your LAN? Is the PC wired or wireless? What does it run (XP SP2 etc)?

Do you have a DLink or Linksys router? I've heard people complain about similar problems with them which have been fixed with a firmware upgrade.

I have to say my gut feeling is it's likely to be an NTL proxy or routing issue - it might be worht changing your proxy (search the forum for articles on how to do this).

Sorry I can't be more help :( but the tunes are quite good, I've playlisted the stream in Winamp :)
