Thanks for the advise. I noticed that my router got 2 DNS addresses from NTL when I rebooted it, primary 194.168.4.100 and secondary 194.168.8.100 I have found that if I swap these around and use 194.168.8.100 as the primary then things are good again.

I hope NTL sort out 194.168.4.100 soon if they are going to keep giving that as the primary.

yeah I been setting .8 above .4 as well, I assume almost every ntl customer will be thrashing .4 so .8 be faster and more reliable.
