I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes maximum to have my call answered by NTL.
They have greatly improoved their services in the past 2 years.

Yep they answer quick enough but, getting things resolved can and often does take several more calls!

I've been with ntl (cabletel) for 7 years - not seen an improvement yet!
If anything they get worse and worse!

Hey Doggie boy,

I came across this site by accident. I was completely frustrated by the email and website side, and got loads of help here. I did jokingly call NTL damned dirty apes and the humour by-pass kicked in on some and I got scolded, but otherwise folks here are human enough, though a little over zealous at times but sure they cant all be perfect like me.

Right now I've no complaints. It is a pity though that this forum is not formally part of NTL.

That will never happen. We will always be independant.

We do however have good links and communication with them, which has improved significantly in the last 12 months. This is set to continue, and improve, due to the commitment of both ourselves and ntl to the relationship. :)

Certainly not the 'owners' of NTL. They are, in the main, large banks and other financial institutions and they will give not even a single rapid movement of their wrists if you try to explain your problems to them. If you get a reply at all, they will simply point you back at the same customer relations people who have already caused you such frustration.

If NTL's customer service is not working for you, take up Russ' offer and send in your details using the forum Private Message system. We have contacts in NTL who do give a toss and will be able to resolve your issue.

Which reminds me ... you still haven't said specifically what the problem is ...
