If you get emails saying that you should cool off during the hours that they suggest then its a load of bobbins and im glad im not with them.

Well, if you're a serial downloader that doesn't have any consideration for other users, then I'm glad you're not with them either!!!

We all pay for our connection so why shouldn't people take advantage of it, it sounds very nice what you are saying but it is just too unrealistic. Tiscali or any other isp that advertises their server as unlimited then complains about dl usage at certain times should re-word their marketing. Yes im glad im not with them otherwise they would of got an email off me as well.

I think as long as the terms are laid down clearly when you enter into them, then it's not a big problem to me. If you enter into any complex agreement such as the provision of broadband only by taking into account the headline offer and not the T&Cs then you would deserve all you got.

If you are a heavy downloader then I would expect you have read the conditions, decided against signing up and paid another ISP that did not ask you to be a considerate downloader.
