I have to say, just throwing this out there, perhaps its nothing, but;
Since having the upgrade to 10mbps, about 3 weeks ago now, I've had to restart my modem 3 times as it has just spontaneously dropped and stopped, have never had to do this before.

No problems with speed though.

ps. Swansea is still there, just more techs are in India and the call routing scripts will route you through to first available agent.

When I said bring back Swansea I meant politely get rid of the overseas one.
Also I know its still inside the parameters for a working CM, but about 4 weeks ago (the last time I had a look at it) it was on about +2dBmv and now its on about +14dBmv

OK whilst streaming audio tonight for a internet radio station I was getting bad audio quality and at nealry 2am my Download recieve power is now topping 14 and nearly hitting 14.1dBmv
