ive just looked at that welcome page in notepad, you got this

<body>
<h1><font face="arial" font color= "0000FF">WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE</h1></font>
<a href="http://www.nicka.demon.co.uk/index.html">CLICK HERE TO ENTER </a> <p>

Perhaps try here: http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/...ml_cheatsheet/

I found the best way to learn is to read and practice. Also look at other people's websites, if you like what they have done, look in the source code and you'll pick up loads of cool tips. If you can't be assed to do that then i suggest you goto sites like: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/ which have lots of pre-coded bits and bobs you can just copy and paste into your page. Good luck!!
