You're less likely to find a generic program that monitors laptop configurations.

Instead of going for temperatures, I'd go for the cause in the case of laptops by using a clock throttling utility like this http://cpu.rightmark.org/download/rmclock_17_bin.exe

I would say you have to live with it,its running at 51 degrees now slowsing your fans down would increase this which I personally would say is unwise
