Some Pool leagues have handicaps AFAIK.

Say for example if you had a high handicap you may need to win only 5 games to win the match but if you had a low handicap you may need to win 7 games.

There is also Greyhound Racing AFAIK and I have just discovered Croquet and 10 pin Bowls (team events).
