Well I am none the wiser. Just spoke to someone who couldn't work out how the original person I spoke to arrived at ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£35, and spoke a load of mumbo jumbo at me about credits and part monthly payments which I just don't understand. Looks like I now have about ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£27 owing to me but my account is currently about ÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â€šÂ¬Ã…Â¡ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£17 in credit so that's the only amount I could claim back, which if I do, I will have to make a claim with my bank...

Have you got all the previous bills? If so maybe you can sit down and work out what is going on?
