That's not my experience by any stretch. Some individual channels may have data integrity issues, but the guide is accurate for the most part.

My only annoyance with the EPG, is that for some reason Virgin TV Ultra HD is not listed on the Virgin TV Go app and website, so you can't view listings and set recordings on this UHD channel.

I completely understand the channel not being available to watch on Virgin TV Go (which is presumably for licensing reasons) but not being able to view listings and set recordings makes no sense. I can view the listings and set recordings on Virgin Movies Previews or Virgin TV Previews, but not Virgin TV Ultra HD!

Tried two more recordings yesterday, both were completely incorrect, right channel, right time incorrect shows . Always on Really. So in the last week or so 4 incorrect listing s, that I have come across.

Can you tell us what? As far as I can tell it's right at the moment.

Don't see how it's a v6 or TV360 issue.
One thing I have noticed with the EPG, is where you have a long running series, eg Casualty, and the title of an episode gets used again across the various series. In that instance the newer episode with the same title gets mixed up with an older episode.

Not only the VM epg with a mismatch. For 14th-20th Feb, pdfs of TV&Satellite Week, TV Times, and What's On TV all report Fixer to Fabulous on Wednesday with Unsellable homes on the Friday, with Radio Times saying Fixer on the Friday.

Printed has no way to fix it. Seems epg doesn't either. At least no extra monies were wasted ;)

It suggests that that somebody else was responsible for the incorrect epg info, not VM or whoever sets it up for VM.

Don't care whom is responsible for at the fault, if it don't work it's down to the supplier, so in this case virgin.

If VM are given duff info, what else can they do? At least 3 TV listings magazines had all been given the same duff info

Doesn't matter it's up to them to ensure it's correct. Clearly if it's in print nothing can be done. However if they have enough time to change them they should. I suspect that they just can't be bothered. Give this companies track record:dozey:

Still relies on the channel informing everyone of any changes or errors. Not aware of a large number of errors.
Difficult to know whether all the other epgs were incorrect.

I think you're just being a little ridiculous now.
How would you suggest they "ensure it's correct" ?
Who exactly would they ask ?
